Donations will be made by BMO in Canadian dollars, up to a maximum of $50,000 CAD / $36,832 USD. Based on a CAD/USD exchange rate of $1 CAD / $0.736 USD. This amount may vary as exchange rates are subject to change at any time.
By submitting a photo to the BMO Rainbow Deposits Campaign (Program), I:
- grant to Bank of Montreal, BMO Bank N.A. and their affiliates (BMO), in perpetuity, a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use the submitted photograph (Rainbow Photo), in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Program or for any other reason, in any form of media, including social media;
- waive all moral rights in and to the submitted Rainbow Photo in favour of BMO (and anyone authorized by BMO to use such Rainbow Photo);
- represent and warrant that the Rainbow Photo submitted to BMO:
- is original to me and/or I have obtained all necessary rights in and to such Rainbow Photo for the purposes of submitting such Rainbow Photo to BMO;
- does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
- does not contain any reference to or likeness of any identifiable third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parent/legal guardian if they are under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence;
- will not give rise to any claims whatsoever, including, without limitation, claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party;
- agree that any and all materials created by BMO that incorporate the Rainbow Photo will remain the sole and exclusive property of BMO and that I will not receive any royalty, compensation or other benefit in connection with the Rainbow Photo; and
- release BMO from all claims including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity arising out of any use of the Rainbow Photo.
BMO will not publish pictures that include people or inappropriate content.
